It is the leader of the EUROsociAL II consortium and coordinating partner of the Finance, Democratic Institutions, Health, and Decentralisation areas. 

UN Women Latin America

Regional office of UN Women in Latin America located in Panama City which supports ongoing legal reforms and the integration of gender equality measures across national programmes, plans and budgets.

ENSP-Fiocruz

Brazil's Sergio Arouca National School of Public Health Promotes the training and qualification of human resources. Maintains technical cooperation in all Brazilian states and municipalities through various national and international institutions that act in diverse health fields. 

AMERIPOL

The Police Community of the Americas (AMERIPOL) is a hemispheric mechanism of cooperation which aims to promote and strengthen police cooperation in technical-scientific aspects and training, as well as to boost and enhance information exchange for intelligence purposes. It also aims to coordinate and promote sustained criminal investigation and legal assistance actions between American police forces and/or counterpart institutions so that these are translated into consolidation of the police doctrine and philosophy, as well as into prevention and neutralisation of crime.

COPOLAD

Cooperation programme between the European Union (EU) and Latin America (LA) aimed at improving the consistency, balance and impact of drug policies through experience exchanges, bi-regional coordination and the promotion of multi-sectoral, comprehensive and coordinated responses.

URB-AL III

Decentralised cooperation programme of EuropeAid (European Commission) with Latin America for the purpose of promoting local public policies that contribute to increasing the degree of social cohesion in sub-national groups in the region and which have the potential to become reference models.

SNV

Non-governmental development organisation with a presence in 39 of the poorest countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America. Its team of advisers works with local partners to equip communities, businesses and organisations with the tools, knowledge and connections they need to increase their incomes and gain access to basic services, thereby empowering them to break the cycle of poverty and guide their own development.  It is an operational partner of EUROsociAL II in the Decentralisation area. 

OPP

Office of Planning and Budgeting of the Presidency which advises the executive branch of the Paraguayan government in the definition of its economic and social strategy, and in formulation of plans, programmes and national and regional policies consistent with this. It also advises on the following: preparation and evaluation of national budget and accountability projects based on performance indicators; analysis and evaluation of the budgets, investment plans and fees of the bodies cited in article 221 of the country's constitution; management of modernisation and reform of State processes; and the planning of decentralisation policies. It is an operational partner of EUROsociAL II in the Public Finance area.
