Actions of a general nature that support and strengthen the programme as a whole and fulfil the horizontal functions of programming, coordination, monitoring, assessment, encouragement, information, communication and visibility, etc. They aim to guarantee strategic intervention that is consistent, demand-driven and results-oriented, ensuring their intersectoral nature, complementarity and coordination with other actions, as well as balance between sectors and countries. These actions will equip the programme with a common conceptual and methodological pool of information and communication, and of visibility.
