The knowledge produced and shared within the framework of experience exchanges is one of EUROsociAL's main assets. The knowledge management system not only systematically documents the results of activities but also the processes used to achieve them and feedback in the form of input from all the programme stakeholders. This interactive dynamic encourages collective learning about social cohesion and is conceptualised as a reference point on policy reform and social cohesion institutions.
One basic knowledge management tool consists of establishing formats and platforms for accessing programme information. The SIA is the programme database and EUROsociAL's basic platform for management and information.
In addition, the more important documents generated by EUROsociAL make up the editorial line of the programme and are incorporated into the EUROsociAL library.
In addition to publications, EUROsociAL also generates specific communication products for disseminating the Programme, such as videos and radio programmes.
