IDLO is the only organisation with an exclusive mandate to promote the rule of law. Its work is supported by governments, multilateral organisations and private foundations. It is an operational partner of EUROsociAL II in the Justice area. 

National Economic and Social Development Foundation, an El Salvadoran institution dedicated to research, socio-economic policy formulation, lobbying and promotion of development. The most disadvantaged sectors of the population are its main beneficiaries.

The Italian government's Services, Assistance, Study and Training Centre for the Modernisation of Government Agencies. It is an operational partner of EUROsociAL II in the Decentralisation area. 

State foundation of the Spanish government focused on strengthening public health systems on an international level. It has the capacity to facilitate, through highly qualified human and technical resources, the implementation in other countries of the portfolio of services of the Spanish health system. It is an operational partner of EUROsociAL II in the Health area. 

Brazilian School of Financial Administration. Institution under the auspices of the Ministry of Finance. It is an operational partner of EUROsociAL II in the Public Finance area. 

European Forum for Urban Security. A European network of 250 local authorities from 16 countries under the auspices of the Council of Europe. It aims to strengthen crime reduction policies and promote the role of local authorities in national and European policies. It is an operational partner of EUROsociAL II in the Citizen Security area. 

International organisation that joins the Ministries of Justice and counterpart institutions in 21 countries of the Ibero-American Community for the purpose of study and promotion of forms of juridical cooperation between the member countries. It is an operational partner of EUROsociAL II in the Justice area.

The International Committee for the Development of People, an international organisation based in Rome, develops projects in the area of humanitarian aid and development with over 30 countries in Africa, Latin America, Asia and Eastern Europe. It is an operational partner of EUROsociAL II in the Social Policies and Employment Policy areas.
