The Public Budget International Association (ASIP in its Spanish acronym) is a non-profit organisation that aims to help its members modernise the techniques used for the development and budgetary planning of public policies, as well as for financial administration at a national, provincial and municipal level. It is an operational partner of EUROsociAL II in the Public Finance area.

The Inter-American Centre for Knowledge Development in Vocational Training (ILO/Cinterfor) is a specialized centre of the International Labour Organization (ILO) which organises and coordinates the largest and most prestigious network of institutions and entities, both public and private, dedicated to strengthening job skills.

The Organization of Ibero-American States for Education, Science and Culture (OEI in its Spanish acronym) is an international governmental body for cooperation between Ibero-American countries in the areas of education, science, technology and culture in the context of comprehensive development, democracy and regional integration. It is an operational partner of EUROsociAL II in the Education area. 

Spanish government institution under the auspices of the Ministry of Economy and Finance. It is responsible for effective application of the state tax and customs system, as well as other resources from other national government or European Union agencies whose management is delegated to it by law or by convention. It is an operational partner of EUROsociAL II in the Public Finance area.
