We're living in such difficult times, surrounded by and immersed in a world of technology, and facing a society that shows us that there is always hope and that we have to keep fighting for a better world

This undertaking was a new adventure, it was a new and rare thing that I experienced and got to see. We had special moments that were exciting. There were times when I felt strange because I didn't know if I was going to be facing any risk.

So, when I started this new activity, I understood that helping is always good because it generates a special feeling that we only get when we offer our help: providing assistance any time and helping someone who needs it.

Helping our fellow man should be something we do every day. You have to be aware that the only thing you need is a willingness to give a helping hand to someone who needs it. In our case, to all the people who needed tax advice to take care of their needs, since many of them have questions about the process for paying their taxes. We should always put ourselves in the other person's shoes as a way of motivating ourselves to help, and, above all, remember and keep in mind that when you help a taxpayer, you really have to do it from the heart, and not so people see you doing it or to "win a place in heaven".

During the three months I was in the NAFs giving free assistance, I became convinced that the recognition should be internal, and my reward is the satisfaction of having done good without expecting anything in return.

One of the nicest memories I have of the Accounting and Tax Support Centre, besides the experience, are the friends I made on the team I was assigned to, and also the fondness you develop for the taxpayers; like for example, Paola Valeros, who I see as a friend and not as a taxpayer; I earned her trust and she my affection.

As a NAF, we also participated in Tax Culture Day (of the SIN), which was held in the Plaza Camacho (in the city of La Paz). The nicest thing about that activity was that we learned to work as a team, we joined forces, and everything we set out to do turned out very well. Ours was one of the most visited stands by the guests who attended a tax services fair that we students put on with exhibits on the services of the NAF, games, and dynamics that intensified the activity.

I realised that the best way to help is by looking for people you think need your help, and that's why we took the initiative of visiting a television station. It was by no means easy, but neither was it impossible to do. In the end, we rolled up our sleeves and took on the difficult task, which at the same time turned out to be fun and even exciting.

I take very beautiful memories away with me because in the Accounting and Tax Support Centre (NAF) I found a family. I'm very happy to have taken part in this international knowledge network.

Thanks to the National Tax Service for the opportunity to grow that it gave me, the chance to experience new things I never thought I'd get to see.

... SEE YOU SOON!!!!
